And my most sought after feeling when purchasing clothing as you guys may know: comfort. That’s why this post is all about comfortable street wear and sneakers. Well, the new girls Retro 7’s in Fuchsia to be exact. I got them the day they released, on Saturday August 8. I wore them a couple times since then and absolutely love them. They obviously feel like I’m wearing slippers.  I  like how I don’t have to wear anything with that ‘fuchsia’ color, anything grey and black like in this post look perfect with it. 

I’ve always liked sneakers, but never had many of them because I felt so stubby when I wore them! It would always be sandals or Uggs for me. Fortunately now, so many years later, I don’t feel that way in them anymore and can finally be comfortable wearing them. I have this weird obsession all of a sudden to start getting more and collecting. Which is so weird because I never imagined that would be me. But then why wouldn’t it be me? I never wear heels unless I’m modeling at a car show, or some special occasion which never happens. I can never find sandals in my size, they are always too huge. And Ugg boots…do people still wear those? I know I would but its not my everyday thing anymore. So that leaves it again to the core of this post: comfort. And what can be more comfortable than sneakers? Exactly. 

Not only is it the comfort, but it also fits with my everyday street style of high waisted shorts and crop tops. I paired the 7’s with a grey ‘Rebel’ tank top that my mom gave me, and my black high waisted shorts. So simple yet so trendy.
