3 Work Out Motivation Tips
If you don’t have a daily workout routine and would rather just look cute in a sports bra and sweats, that’s perfectly fine; but if you are someone who needs the drive and motivation to continue to workout on a daily basis, here are some tips to get that healthy body.
1. Have a Set Time -Set up a time where you will take 20-30 minutes a day to achieve some kind of body activity. It can be after work, in the evening at 7pm every single day. Or, before you head to work at 6am every single day. Be sure not to forget! Set a daily alarm on your phone to remind you to work out at that specific time.
2. You Don’t Need the Gym -Thinking about driving to the the gym may discourage some people, and you will end up not going at all. Or even just spending that $25 a month for a gym membership does not entice you (there’s always a catch, right?!) If you’re not trying to be a body builder, the gym isn’t necessary. You can jog around your neighborhood for 30 minutes. You can jump rope. You can do jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, and squats. You can do yoga, workout to a video on Youtube, or go bike riding. You can also just turn on your stereo, blast your music, and freestyle dance for 30 minutes straight.
3. Have an Incentive -Have you always wanted that Megan Fox Transformers body? You can get it! Just make sure to workout those 30 minutes everyday. If you’re addicted to a certain fatty food, think about your workout right away. Think about how it will affect your workout regime and throw you behind. Then don’t take another look at it!! It’s all in your head. It’s up to you.
I’m not a work out freak or anything, but these are the exact rules I go by when trying to stay motivated to work out. I never go to the gym; I dance, do yoga, squats, jumping jacks, etc. I drink water with lemon on a daily basis (it cleans out your system), and I love soda so I try to only drink it on weekends or not at all. Depending on your body type, you may need to do what works for you. These are just my own helpful tips I tell myself that I’m sharing with you. I hope it encourages you to stick with your healthy lifestyle!
