Happy Birthday to me 🎈! This has been one of the best birthday weekends ever! I will have to post my birthday in two parts (Part 2 here), or else the post will be longer than life, haha! This year I spent the entire weekend with my sister. On my way to her house I met up with my mom and DB and they took me to lunch and gave me cute gifts (thank you!). When I arrived at my sister’s house she had a whole cute setup for my birthday!
There was even one entire block full of about 6 vintage shops all in a row, which was pretty cool!
We went shopping for a couple hours then went to dinner at Chevy’s! The Chevy’s in my area closed down awhile ago, so I was super excited to eat some of my favorite chicken flautas.
When we got back to my sister’s house she had me open all my birthday gifts 🎁. She got me so many gifts – I was in shock. My sister went all out and I appreciate her so much for this, even though I wouldn’t mind just spending time with her and no gifts!
After I opened all my gifts, I began taking photos of them and all of a sudden I see a Louis Vuitton shopping bag on the coffee table. I have no idea when or where my sister grabbed it from, but it was there! She saved the best for last and had me not expecting an LV gift! She was super sweet and gifted me a Louis Vuitton belt, yes, the one from my birthday wish list!
My sister is so creative in her gift wrapping! Everything was also so cute, and so me! She got me several makeup products (mostly Too Faced!), Victoria’s Secret goodies, stickers, Juicy Couture perfume, my favorite moisturizer, pens (and a Pom pom pen!), pen holder, she made me a candle from her shop (new scent!), and she even got Button a cute little shirt from Monterey! She got me a few more little items that I’m probably missing – but it’s because she got me that much! She’s so sweet! 😭
After I opened gifts she came out with my cake 🎂!!! I couldn’t be even more surprised than I already was, haha. Definitely wasn’t expecting it either – she kept pushing out those surprises! Thanks to my sister and Tony for having me over and doing all this for me!
It was a delicious peanut butter and chocolate cake, of course with pink writing! 😍
My sister and I had planned to out to the bars that night, but we realized we had to be up early the next morning. We ended just watching the Winchester movie (since we were doing the tour the next day) and we wanted to get in the mood! We still ended up going to bed super late (we only had four hours of sleep, lol) but it was fun talking and hanging out!
I was really loving my outfit as well, I wore a similar outfit for Day 2 because I loved it so much! Love the fuzzy sweater tee, and it’s also the first time I wore my LV Twice crossbody bag that I purchased from Fashionphile! Absolutely loving it – it’s very comfortable to wear and use.
