Puff sleeves will always make an outfit more elegant, and pairing it with a skirt even more so. Because the skirt is more of a denim type skirt, it gives a tad bit of casualness to it.

I love this puff sleeve T-shirt because although it’s boxy, it can be tucked into any bottoms like how I did here.
