Happy Summer! 🌞 It’s a hot one this year 🥵. And during these 100 degree days I’m looking forward to wearing something easy, lightweight, and simple! This ribbed midi dress from Express is exactly that – it’s comfortable, breathable and I didn’t feel overwhelmingly hot in it during the day!

 

 

This dress is so flattering and versatile! I also got compliments right away from my sister – she loved the elegance the dress provided.

You can dress it up or down – out for dinner like I did here with gold jewelry from Brivee Boutique, LV pochette crossbody bag with gold strap attached, and some chunky heel sandals.

Or, dress it down with a denim jacket, sneakers, hat and shoulder bag.

 

 

It’s definitely a classic midi dress – simple, but with the look and feel of perfection. I’m glad I ended up purchasing it in two colors, this smoke mint color and also in a light beige!  You can also size down from your normal size due to it’s extreme stretchiness.
