about the beginning:
Micala Style started off as a style blog called modelvale in June 2015, and rebranded into an all in one blog & personal styling website in September 2020.
modelvale was composed from a desire of creativity that consisted of modeling, design, beauty, and fashion by Micala V. Micala continues to use her creativity to showcase her outfit styles, writing, personal ideas, and inspiration. With a passion for design and fashion, Micala helps discover personal style, captures new objectives, and models her thoughts. Also having collaborated with several brands like Savage X Fenty, e.l.f. cosmetics, and Lifewtr, Micala is capable of promoting and sharing genuine feedback for readers. Micala Style is now the perfect source to obtain fashion inspiration, as well as help achieve your desired style goals.

Hello! I’m Micala, the certified personal stylist and style blogger from California.
I’ve always lived in small towns, but my dreams have been bigger than ever. I’ve always had a high interest in art and entertainment – whether it was acting (took theatre classes all four years of high school), music (played guitar for several years), modeling (published in a magazine, brand promoting, car shows), design (love sketching my own clothing designs and creating graphic designs), and of course fashion. Ever since my early teens I had a passion for fashion (particularly designer bags). And although I have several interests, I knew I wanted to take my life somewhere in this field.
After a lot of soul searching, I finally had the realization of what I wanted to do with my life. That’s when I decided to open up my fashion & beauty lifestyle blog on that summer day in June 2015.
After 5 years of documenting my life, outfits, reviews, and stories, I expanded my blog into worldwide Personal and Virtual Styling in September 2020. I received certifications in Personal Styling and merged my blog and styling into one. I now have clients all around the world who I’ve helped gain confidence in their style.
I’m excited for the next chapter, as I’ve recently relocated to Las Vegas, NV as of November 2022! Now serving the Las Vegas area, I’m ready for even more new opportunities!
