Why would I need a Virtual Stylist if I can’t see how the clothes fit until I buy?

• Virtual Styling has become an amazing tool the past few years. It’s for those who don’t have time to meet with a stylist in person, don’t have time to put outfits together, don’t have time to online shop, dread online shopping, don’t know how to shop for their body type, looking for help to improve style, or unable to shop for themselves for various reasons. It’s the same as you shopping online yourself and purchasing items not knowing how they fit – but in this case I do the shopping for you. No more scrolling through pages and pages of online merchants – save time by hiring a Virtual Stylist! You will receive your own personalized style microsite with items I’ve picked out & curated outfits that are linked straight to the retailer. It will save you a lot of time by shopping from own site full of items that are already tailored to you and your body type! Virtual Styling is a great tool to get styled by a professional who can truly make you feel great about yourself.

Why would I need someone to dress me? I can dress myself.

• A Personal Stylist (or also famously known as Wardrobe Consultant, Image Consultant, Wardrobe Stylist) is a similar service to having a personal trainer, hair stylist, chef, housekeeper, nail lady, etc. You hire these luxury services to take care of yourself and make your life a little easier. You can honestly do all those services yourself, but you hire others that are professional in that field to do it right. Having a wardrobe stylist isn’t as simple as someone dressing you. We choose clothing that will make you look & feel great no matter your body type, and that will keep your confidence high to live a great life. Like anything else, styling is a skill that takes practice and creativity. So invest in yourself and hire a personal stylist (at least once in your lifetime)!

 

How is your service different than style subscription boxes and other virtual styling companies?

• Style subscription box services are not as personal as me, and most of the time you can’t choose the exact items you want. Their stylists are also required to style as many boxes as they can during their shift, so they are on a time limit. They are also limited with the pieces they choose for you. Why limit yourself when I can shop the entire internet for you! I will personally shop and hand pick items that flatter your body type and really dig deep into what will make you feel amazing. We can also do try-on Zoom chats when your clothing comes, and you have 24/7 stylist support at your fingertips. How is that not a better investment than a boring style box you get every month?!
• I’m different than other virtual styling companies because you will get the full luxury experience with me!

– I will be there to help you through email or text with 24/7 support if you have questions.

What is the process of your Virtual Styling service?

• When you find the package you are ready to purchase, book your free style consultation on the packages page here or complete the Style Questionnaire so I can get details about your size, goals, style, and budget. Based on the package you choose, I will arrange outfits from head to toe (including accessories) that work well for your body. You will receive an email with details on how to access your own personalized style microsite with hand picked items specifically for you to purchase straight from the retailer.

What is the process of your In-Person Styling service?

• For Personal Styling, book your free style consultation or complete the Style Questionnaire. You would receive a personalized site of styles and tips. I’ll come to your area and be your style BFF for the day! A fun day of personal shopping, try-ons, and styling. Process is negotiable, and however you feel comfortable! • For Fashion Styling (music videos, photoshoots, etc.) I will pull clothing and outfits from Showrooms or Department Stores in Los Angeles (if we are in that area) or bring outfits from other sources to your set location.

 

Do packages include the clothing? How is pricing determined?

• Package prices do not include clothing. Direct links will be available for you to shop from home on your personalized style microsite and purchase items you like. Or during an in-person fitting you will be charged for the pieces kept. Please note that pricing is determined by what package you choose, and all fees are factored into the price. This may include (but not limited to) time shopping, curating outfits, returning clothing, card processing fees, tax, 24/7 style support time, website/platform fees, and travel fees.

• If you would rather not purchase new clothing, no worries! There are always other options I offer. I can either put outfits together from your current wardrobe (all you would need to do is upload photos of your wardrobe to the ‘Owned’ tab on your style site), or you can use your style site as a future guide, even if you won’t be able to currently purchase the linked items. It’s a great investment to have a personalized guide on how to style yourself, and have me there to help you along the way 24/7!

What form of payment do you take?

• Payment is due before services are rendered.  You will receive an itemized receipt on all services through Paypal, or you can also send payment through Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp.

 

What is the turnaround time to receive completed outfits with links?

• Depending on how many styles, it can range from 1-5 business days.

 

What is the difference between a Personal Stylist and a Fashion Stylist?

• A Personal Stylist works one-on-one with a client to help shop and dress them for their body type. A Fashion Stylist works on editorial & commercial shoots, fashion shows, celebrities, and e-commerce. I am certified in both services, so I am open to either and love both!

 

Is this a certified styling service?

• Yes. I have a certifications in Personal Styling (Los Angeles School Of Style), Fashion Styling & Image Making, & Fashion History (London’s Business of Fashion). I’ve been running a style blog since 2015 and have also worked as a Junior Stylist at David’s Bridal. I am constantly learning new knowledge and researching style on an everyday basis to give you the best service possible.
